Everything under the tiles, done by one team

Waterproofing, screeding, tiling and underfloor heating are one continuous job, not four bookings. We hold all of them, which is why nothing falls between trades and why the warranty can cover the whole build-up.

03

Screeding

Internal and external screeds. Falls built to the waste, surfaces levelled flat so large-format tile sits without lippage.

04

Underfloor heating

Supply and install, laid into the screed and commissioned before tiling. Even heat, no cold strips, no cables where the fixings go.

05

Bathroom renovation

The full job coordinated from strip-out to handover: demolition, substrate repair, screed, membrane, tiling, heating and final seal, with the other trades scheduled around us rather than the other way round.

Common questions

Before you book

Do I need a building consent?

Like-for-like bathroom replacement usually doesn't. New wet areas, relocated plumbing or structural change usually do, and consented wet areas need a PS3 from a registered waterproofing author. We're registered with Auckland Council and issue it as part of the job.

Can you do just the waterproofing?

Yes. Plenty of builders bring us in for the membrane and PS3 only. We'll still check the substrate first and tell you if it isn't ready.

How long does a bathroom take?

A standard retile runs 3–7 working days on site, plus membrane cure time. A full strip-out and renovation is typically 2–3 weeks depending on the other trades.

Do you take commercial work?

Yes. Apartment blocks, fit-outs and public wet areas. We're Site Safe registered and work to programme.

Not sure which of these you need?

Send a photo and a rough size. We'll tell you straight, at no charge.
