1. What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

You can opt out by refusing access to the information or disabling your Location setting on your device, though some aspects of the Services may then not be available.

5. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because it has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and you should only access the Services within a secure environment.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. What are your privacy rights?
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in "How can you contact us about this notice?" below. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages we send, or by contacting us. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. We may still communicate with you for non-marketing purposes, such as service-related messages needed to administer your requests.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this could affect certain features of our Services.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
10. New Zealand privacy rights
We collect and process your personal information under the obligations and conditions set by New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act). This Privacy Notice satisfies the notice requirements defined in the Privacy Act, in particular: what personal information we collect from you, from which sources, for which purposes, and other recipients of your personal information.
